Job Description

Honest Nutrition is a private-practice nutrition counseling business rooted in weight-inclusive, evidence-based nutrition care . Our approach focuses on helping clients build a healthier relationship with food while providing individualized medical nutrition therapy for a variety of health conditions. We are looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join the practice on a part-time basis for approximately 8-10 hours per week , with the potential for additional hours as the practice grows. The Role The ideal candidate is an RDN who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and providing practical, individualized nutrition care. This position is well suited for someone looking for a flexible part-time opportunity within a collaborative private-practice environment.
Primary responsibilities include:
Providing individualized nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy Conducting nutrition assessments and developing personalized care plans Supporting clients with a variety of nutrition-related goals and medical conditions Utilizing evidence-based nutrition recommendations and clinical judgment Practicing from a weight-inclusive, non-diet perspective Documenting client encounters and maintaining accurate clinical records Communicating professionally with clients and other members of the healthcare team as appropriate Managing a small, consistent caseload while maintaining high-quality client care Completing insurance-related documentation and requirements when applicable Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in good standing Licensed or eligible for licensure in Idaho Comfortable providing individualized nutrition counseling Aligned with weight-inclusive and non-diet approaches to nutrition Compassionate, nonjudgmental, and client-centered Comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule Organized and detail-oriented with documentation Strong in communication and clinical reasoning Interested in building long-term relationships with clients Comfortable working with a diverse range of nutrition concerns and medical conditions Experience in private practice, intuitive/mindful eating, eating disorders, chronic disease management, or medical nutrition therapy is a plus.
