We're recruiting for a full-time Well-Being & Clinical Dietitian opportunity with a stable, nonprofit senior living organization known for its beautiful communities, strong employee tenure, and commitment to helping older adults stay healthy, active, and independent. This is a unique position that combines traditional clinical dietetics with wellness, education, and preventive nutrition.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical nutrition services for residents in long-term care, including nutritional assessments, care planning, medical record documentation, and required regulatory documentation.
- Conduct individualized nutrition and well-being consultations with independent living residents focused on maintaining or improving their overall health.
- Develop personalized nutrition recommendations based on resident goals, assessments, medical history, and lifestyle.
- Provide group education, wellness programming, lectures, and informal nutrition Q&A sessions for independent residents
- Participate in interdisciplinary well-being initiatives alongside nursing, rehabilitation, fitness, mental health, and other professionals.
- Monitor high-risk residents and collaborate with nursing and culinary leadership to address changing nutritional needs.
Schedule & Locations
- Full-time Monday-Friday/daytime hours
- Home-base community with approximately 3 days per week at your primary location and 2 days at a nearby partner community???????Benefits & Perks

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- ed Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
- Appropriate state licensure, if required
- 1-3+ years of healthcare, clinical nutrition, management, and/or wellness experience preferred
- Long-term care or senior living experience is a plus
- Health Coach Certification preferred or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
- Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities across two locations
- Strong communication skills and an interest in both clinical nutrition and preventive wellnessWhy This Role Is DifferentThis isn't a position w your entire week is spent completing long-term care documentation.
You'll work across the continuum of senior living, supporting both residents who require clinical nutrition intervention and active, independent older adults who want guidance on maintaining their health and well-being.
