As a Dietitian , you will play a crucial role in promoting residents' health and well-being through personalized nutrition plans and guidance. Your expertise will help enhance the quality of life for those under our care.
Duties:
Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess residents' nutritional needs. Develop and implement tailored dietary plans, including tube feeding when necessary. Perform patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly. Provide health coaching to residents on dietary habits and lifestyle changes. Utilize your knowledge of physiology to create effective nutrition strategies. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field. Certification as a Registered Dietitian. Experience in aliment planning and nutrition counseling preferred. Strong understanding of health coaching principles. Proficiency in physiology knowledge related to dietetics.
