Lake Life Farms is in search of a part-time budtender to work weekends and occasional afternoon weeknight shifts. Budtenders will work directly under the store Manager and will assist in accomplishing a multitude of tasks, on each end of the store. You will be required to work every weekend and some weekdays. 15-20 hours per week. Job Responsibilities Ensure all customer identifications are valid and up to date Work directly with customers to ensure everyone is engaged by means of a streamlined system Have knowledge of product, and be able to recommend certain products for individuals Basic cash handling and point of sale knowledge Ensure store is always well maintained and clean Work directly with product, ensuring proper packaging and weight amounts Have an understanding of METRC, and how products are tracked Be responsive to new methods and ideas that are presented Qualifications Experiences in retail sales preferred Knowledge of cannabis products Dispensary Experience Preferred, not required Friendly, Outgoing, Trustworthy, Dependable, Entrepreneurial, and Hard Working Outstanding customer service skills 21 years of age No felonies Must Pass Background Check .Must provide past job references, these will be checked if you are considered for this position .Must have good work history .Must be able to count back change and do basic math .Must be able to use POS software successfully without errors .Must be able to problem solve and multi task
