Job Description

Role description We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who is experienced and passionate about endocrine and overall health, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is ideal for someone who is both clinically strong and forward-thinking, excited to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary, and evolving environment alongside physicians and fitness professionals. Key responsibilities Provide medical nutrition therapy; developing personalized, evidence-based nutrition plans for patients across a variety of conditions, backgrounds, and health goals. Experience with, or a strong interest in and willingness to learn, endocrine-related nutrition care, including but not limited to: diabetes, weight management, PCOS, menopause, osteoporosis, GLP-1 related nutrition needs, CGMs, and more.
Creative:
create patient handouts, translate evidence into easy-to-read handouts, patient resources, team presentations, journal club, etc. Collaborate with medical providers and rest of team to align care with treatment plans. Interpret labs, body composition data, and metabolic testing. Qualifications Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) (required) Licensed in NY (or eligible) 2+ years of clinical or outpatient counseling experience preferred Experience with weight management and/or endocrine conditions strongly preferred Experience with EMR Comfort working with patients on GLP-1 medications (or willingness to learn) Strong communication and motivational interviewing skills Ability to balance empathy with accountability Bilingual preferred Why join neXendo Work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary model (MD + RD + fitness + data) Opportunity to shape and grow a modern nutrition program Competitive compensation, benefits, 401K Meaningful impact on patient outcomes and long-term health
Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
