What you can expect:
Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting. Analyze lab-work results to educate patients and their families on what to eat based on their individualized needs and care Evaluate comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments consistent with CMS regulations. Assess on-going nutritional status to determine appropriate nutrition interventions and recommendations. Performance-based rewards based on stellar individual and team contributions.
What we look for:
State licensure as required by the State of Indiana Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required 1 year of Clinical Dietitian experience required Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) - no weekends or holidays!
