About the Role We're looking for a dedicated Outpatient Clinical Dietitian to join our team and help us continue delivering the level of care our patients and families deserve. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our clinical team, ensuring excellent service, collaboration, and patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The majority of your work will be done in individual (one-on-one) Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Education appointments; work will be done in patient group settings when needed. What You'll Do Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in alignment with Saratoga Hospital values Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support health, healing, and service excellence Perform clinical responsibilities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency Use hospital systems and tools to document care and support operations Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and support patient and staff satisfaction Serve as a positive, professional representative of our hospital and community What You Bring A Bachelor's or Masters of Science degree in Dietetics or Foods & Nutrition (required) Board Certified Specialist in Oncology (CSO) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is highly preferred Experience in an outpatient setting providing effective nutrition and diabetes education services to individuals and groups preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to providing patient-first, high-quality service Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment General pre-employment requirements: Registration with The Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD); Certification as a Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) with New York State Department of Education; Medicare Provider Number and credentialing through CAQH. Must hold valid NYS driver's license.
