Dietitian Responsibilities :
Completes a comprehensive nutritional assessment on each patient upon admission Counsels patients on principles of well-balanced nutrition in individual sessions and conduct group nutrition discussions Provides updates on the nutritional status of each patient weekly as part of team rounds/meetings and as requested Completes all required documentation and reports in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with the policies and procedures Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients protected health information Monitors meals and snacks, including eating/modeling normal eating with eating disordered patients Communication with referring and/or outpatient dietitian upon admit to program, during course of treatment as needed, and upon discharge from program Join us at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and start a career that's not just about work, but about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
