Day Shift, Monday-Friday, Flexible Schedule Why This Role Matters As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve improved health outcomes through individualized nutrition care planning, education, and evidence-based interventions. Your expertise will support both acute and chronic disease management while contributing to a positive patient experience. What You'll Do Conduct nutrition assessments utilizing the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans Provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for a variety of acute and chronic conditions Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic diets, nutrition-related treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle modifications Deliver individual and group nutrition counseling sessions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and nutrition program development efforts Serve as a nutrition subject matter expert and resource for interdisciplinary care teams What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Current state licensure/certification as required Completion of an ACEND-accredited dietetic internship Experience providing nutrition counseling and patient education preferred Familiarity with EMR systems and evidence-based nutrition practices preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In It For You Competitive pay at $40/hour Flexible weekday schedule Opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment Gain experience supporting diverse patient populations Contribute to meaningful patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care Opportunity to enhance clinical skills and professional growth Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:
