If you are passionate about improving the health and well-being of residents through quality nutrition services, we'd love to hear from you! Open Interviews Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Available Position Part-Time Why Join Our Team? Get Paid Daily with TapCheck Competitive Compensation Low-Cost Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Employee Referral Bonus Program Supportive Team Environment Opportunities for Professional Growth Responsibilities Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans Monitor residents' nutritional status and make recommendations as needed Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations related to nutrition services Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, speech therapy, and dietary services Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff Review menus for nutritional adequacy and therapeutic diets Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record Participate in care conferences and the interdisciplinary team process Qualifications Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN), if required by state regulations Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and regulatory standards Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Apply today or stop by for an open interview!
