Premier at Perry Village, New Bloomfield, PA About Us Premier at Perry Village is committed to delivering exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We are seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time, onsite role to support our mission of providing outstanding nutritional care. Position Overview As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized nutrition care plans for our residents. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including for residents with complex medical needs Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans Monitor residents' nutritional status and revise care plans as needed Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to integrate dietary services into overall care Provide guidance to dietary staff on menu planning, therapeutic diets, and regulatory compliance Educate residents and families on nutrition goals and dietary modifications Ensure adherence to all relevant state and federal dietary regulations Qualifications Licensed Registered Dietitian in Pennsylvania Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred Strong understanding of therapeutic diets and regulatory standards Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with EMR systems preferred Why Join Us?
