Job Description

Oncology Clinical Dietitian Location:
Fully Remote (Must reside in South Carolina)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30
PM Employment Type:
Direct Hire (Hourly), competitive benefits
Compensation:
Starting at $31/hour (DOE)
Travel:
Limited travel to the Upstate South Carolina area for training and/or meetings Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Oncology Clinical Dietitian to provide specialized nutrition education and counseling to outpatient oncology patients. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay and benefits, with the flexibility of a fully remote work environment for candidates residing in South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, oncology nutrition experience, and a passion for supporting patients through evidence-based nutrition care during their treatment journey. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive oncology and wellness nutrition education and counseling to outpatient oncology patients Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized nutrition recommendations based on diagnosis, treatment plans, and wellness goals Educate patients on normal and modified nutrition plans, treatment-related nutrition concerns, and symptom management strategies Provide nutrition guidance related to oncology care and enteral feeding as appropriate Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Participate in occasional onsite visits, meetings, and patient support activities in the Upstate South Carolina area Qualifications Licensed and Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) in the state of South Carolina required Minimum of one year of experience in an acute care medical facility with responsibilities including nutrition assessments and patient education Oncology nutrition and enteral feeding experience strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Innovative, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment Strong patient counseling and education skills , and if your background is a great fit for this opportunity, one of our recruiters will be in touch to discuss next steps. #HC123
