Responsibilities :

Bamboo Nutrition LLC is seeking a part-time (12-15 client-facing hr/wk) pediatric dietitian to join its growing group practice in Columbia, MO. We are looking to fill this position sometime in 2026 or early 2027. Ideally this person has experience working with all ages in an outpatient setting and is pursuing specialization in this population. Bamboo providers in-house training and supervision for ARFID and Eating Disorders, if interested. This person must have a passion for Health At Every Size and be able to provide care to clients from this lens. Bamboo Nutrition LLC currently provides individual nutrition counseling for eating disorders, disorder eating, and chronic disease management in adolescents and adults, using evidence and strength-based approaches from Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size. Bamboo Nutrition is an interdisciplinary practice, having therapists who are also trained in eating disorders, and other aspects of mental health, to work alongside provides the dietitians a more enriched experience and better care for clientele. We'd love a dietitian who specializes in pediatrics and is comfortable working with families and caregivers. One of our largest pediatric populations currently is ARFID. It is okay if you are not trained in this, as we provide training! Bamboo Nutrition LLC will assist in providing referrals, however it is expected that the potential candidate will also market to their niche within Columbia and surrounding areas.
