We're hiring a Registered Dietitian to deliver medical nutrition therapy via telehealth to our weight management patients. This is a remote role , but we're looking for someone local to Hampton Roads — you'll work from home day-to-day and occasionally join us in person for team meetings, so you're a real part of the team, not a name on a screen. What you'll do Provide one-on-one medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to weight management patients via telehealth Support patients on obesity medicine treatment plans with practical, sustainable nutrition guidance Conduct initial nutrition assessments and ongoing follow-up visits (typically 30-60 minutes) Document visits accurately in our EHR (Tebra) Collaborate with our providers and clinical team on coordinated patient care What we're looking for Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Minimum 1-2 years of clinical or outpatient nutrition counseling experience Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Effective delivering care via telehealth A private, quiet, HIPAA-appropriate home workspace with reliable internet Resides in the Hampton Roads area and able to occasionally attend in-person team meetings in Chesapeake Warm, patient-centered communication style Preferred Experience in weight management, obesity medicine, or bariatric nutrition Prior telehealth experience Familiarity with EHR documentation (Tebra a plus) Schedule Full-time or part-time — we're flexible depending on the right candidate Primarily weekday telehealth visits Why PEAK A collaborative team that genuinely values its dietitians as part of patient care Fully remote day-to-day work with the flexibility that comes with it A practice that invests in systems and support so you can focus on patients, not paperwork
