Pro Lifestyle Nutrition, LLC is a nutrition consulting practice offering personal and corporate nutrition services. We are a team of Registered Dietitians who greatly value providing our clients with a safe space to address their food, wellness, and weight related concerns while providing an individualized, lifestyle approach. The position would mostly involve providing nutrition coaching remotely and possibly in a corporate setting. This is a contractor position and would be a great fit for a dietitian who: Is passionate about providing one-on-one nutrition consultations and helping individuals build and practice a sustainable lifestyle that supports mental and physical health. hours per week. Has a holistic style that involves working with clients to take manageable steps and enjoys working with clients to develop strategies that address/help to navigate individual challenges/concerns/goals. Is comfortable and confident in addressing mindful eating and working with clients to improve their relationship with food. Is patient, encouraging, keeps a positive attitude, empathetic, and works well as part of a team. (We have team meetings every 4-6 weeks) Not required: specialized in fertility and/or menopause. Communicates well and responds to emails and questions from our team within 24 hours.

Job Expectations & Requirements:

We require that the dietitian submit a weekly log of appointments. The RD must allow each client up to 60 minutes per nutrition session. The RD must submit their availability and keep availability updated in Practice Better. The RD is expected to NOT endorse products or supplements that they are personally making a profit from due to conflict of interest. Charting must be completed by the end of the day via our electronic system, Practice Better. All notes MUST be uploaded to that system. The RD must be a credentialed provider of Independence Blue Cross Personal Choice and Keystone Health Plan East Insurance and other plans OR willing to become credentialed with these plans under the group practice.

Compensation:

$52.5/hour (base pay) for nutrition consultations $65/hour consultation for clients that the contractor brings to the practice
