Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) Elevate Wellness Collective is a growing mental health private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to adults, adolescents, couples, and families. We are expanding our services and seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join our collaborative team. We are looking for a dietitian who is passionate about helping clients develop a healthy relationship with food and who is comfortable working with clients whose nutritional needs intersect with mental and behavioral health.

Collaborative Culture:

Work alongside therapists and psychiatric providers in a supportive, patient-centered environment focused on evidence-based, culturally responsive care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and identify clients' nutritional needs. Provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and nutrition counseling. Develop individualized nutrition goals and treatment plans. Provide ongoing nutrition education, counseling, and follow-up. Support clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, binge eating, emotional eating, and other nutrition-related concerns. Collaborate with therapists, psychiatric providers, primary care providers, and other members of the client's treatment team when appropriate. Provide services in-person and/or via telehealth. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA, state regulations, and professional standards. Utilize evidence-based nutrition interventions and a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach. Maintain a consistent caseload and provide continuity of care for clients. Required Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Current Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility for licensure, as applicable. Master's degree consistent with current CDR requirements. Ability to complete and maintain required insurance credentialing and payer enrollment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients. Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Eating disorders Binge Eating Disorder Disordered eating Emotional eating Diabetes Weight management Gastrointestinal conditions Adolescent nutrition Behavioral health or mental health populations Medical Nutrition Therapy and insurance billing Experience with CPT codes 97802 and 97803 and insurance-based nutrition services is a plus.
