We are looking for a compassionate, personable, and motivated Registered and Licensed Dietitian to join our dialysis team.

Required:

Candidate must be a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) and appropriately licensed in Texas and meet applicable ESRD requirements for a qualified dietitian. Previous dialysis experience is not required. This is a great opportunity for a dietitian who wants to develop renal expertise while building meaningful relationships with patients. Customer Service Is a High Priority Excellent customer service is essential to this role. We are looking for someone who: Treats patients and families with dignity, patience, respect, and professionalism. Builds trust through active listening and positive, nonjudgmental communication. Responds to questions and concerns timely and consistently follows through. Makes renal nutrition education practical, individualized, and understandable. Recognizes concerns that may affect patient satisfaction, adherence, or retention and works with the interdisciplinary team to address them. Works collaboratively and professionally with patients, families, physicians, nurses, Social Workers, and other team members. What You'll Do Provide individualized renal nutrition assessments, counseling, education, and follow-up; review monthly laboratory trends; address phosphorus, potassium, protein, sodium, fluid, and other nutritional concerns; participate in interdisciplinary assessments and plans of care; document comprehensively in the electronic medical record; and participate in quality improvement activities designed to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications Registered Dietitian/Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) - Required Appropriate Texas dietitian license - Required Must meet applicable CMS and Texas ESRD qualification requirements. Dialysis experience is not required. Excellent customer service, communication, education, organization, and relationship-building skills.
