Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration Licensed Dietitian in the state of Texas Experience with patient care, managing tube feedings and the

Nutrition Care Process Responsibilities:

Provide nutritional care to residents by completing nutritional assessments, counseling and education as needed Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team (MD, SLP, Nursing, Dietary Manager) Monitor and follow residents with weight loss, wounds, tube feedings and those on dialysis Complete dietary audits as needed Aid in promoting State/Federal regulation compliance
