Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students for the 2026-2027 school year as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist working onsite in the Fort Worth, Watauga, and surrounding areas. This full-time contract opportunity offers a rewarding caseload within a supportive school setting from August 11th, 2026 through May 25th, 2027. Ideal candidates will bring strong clinical skills and a passion for helping students grow and succeed. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, providing both routine and work-life balance.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Proven experience working as an SLP in a school environment preferred Ability to supervise SLPAs effectively Current state licensure in Texas or eligibility to obtain Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to approximately 54 students and consultative services for 14 students Supervise and mentor SLPAs, ensuring best practices in service delivery Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with students' Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Assess student progress, maintain documentation, and collaborate with educational staff Evaluate readiness for dismissal from therapy services Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment In addition to professional fulfillment, this role offers the chance to connect with a collaborative community, contribute to student success, and build lasting impact in the school setting.
