Responsibilities include 1 day a week at Harmony House, Brewster, WA and 1 day a week at
Regency Omak, Omak, WA:
As a registered dietitian in a skilled nursing facility, you will share your knowledge of nutrition, ensuring exceptional care for the residents.: You will: Review residents and complete RD assessment on admit, annual, condition change, and quarterly prn.: Attend Nutrition at risk meetings with IDT and make appropriate recommendations, Proficiency with PCC preferred. Quarterly kitchen inspection with Dietary Manager and follow up with prn in-services/training Work with facility IDT to provide excellent nutrition care for residents. Skilled nursing, long term care experience preferred. Knowledge of menus, modified diets, and sanitation and safety within the kitchen.
You currently:
Are a registered dietician in the state applied. Experience with enteral nutrition required. Experience with Point Click Care preferred. Typical candidates have at least two years of experience in skilled nursing.
