Dietician Job Overview:

The Dietitian will assist the Regional Dietician oversee the 3 Aria facilities, and assist with residents meal planning, charting, staff inservicing, and to attend resident care plan meetings as necessary.

Dietician Responsibilities:

Plans, organizes and conducts dietetic education for staff, residents, and families. Oversees Menu Planning. Develops and implements a nutritional plan based on an assessment of nutritional needs. Evaluates and reports results of nutrition appropriately. Provides appropriate counseling to individuals and families. Evaluate and instructs on nutritional principles, dietary plans, food selection, and economics. Communicates with clinician regarding patients' progress and treatment goals. Oversees monthly weights in buildings. Participates in risk meetings. Completion of MDS and PCC. Maintains confidentially and safety of patient clinical records.
