Wi Responsibilities:

Open and close store Arrive to store at least one hour before store's opening Balance registers Inventory Management/Repricing Hiring new staff Monitor all purchases and sales Present employees with daily Gameplan Answer eBay and Webstore emails as well as store text messages Make sure that all items are shipped out within one business day of being sold Process any returns Monitor any payment disputes or requests through eBay or Shopify Become proficient in all areas of the store operations Generate eCommerce listings on popular online eAuction sites, and our own web store using Shopify Pricing devices on these online sites based off previous sales and research, and management guidance. Evaluate, identify, test, and data wipe a wide variety of electronic devices with a focus on retro/new-age game systems, smart phones tablets etc.\ Greet and explain our company processes to incoming customers. Build relationships with customers. Identify and test a wide range of consumer electronics from our customers. Determine pricing for a wide range of electronics from smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems and more through our software, and referencing additional resources provided. Negotiate pricing with our customers, keeping a professional attitude, demeanor and business acumen. Close sales and generate intake receipts. Requirements Typing 60+ WPM accurately. (Test will be given on interview) Computer Savvy Reliable Hard worker, attention to detail Get it done attitude, able to work well with others Ability to get tasks done in a fast pace environment Must have excellent electronics knowledge and handling of smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems - e.g. data wiping smartphones, removing iCloud accounts, testing game systems, Windows use, MacOS use, being able to quickly identify, test, and assess a wide variety of consumer electronics while communicating with customers in a high paced environment. Must be a people person, ability to befriend, relate, and build relationships with all types of customers. Ability to remain focused in a high volume/fast paced environment - Ability to adapt from customer to customer, situation to situation Must be able to type quickly and accurately. Accuracy is paramount as you will be entering in final records of purchase. Punctual, "get it done" upbeat attitude, team player, professional demeanor. Must be able to follow protocol and procedures. Professional appearance. Must be well spoken (English) Bilingual Spanish a major plus. Understanding of eBay and basic use as a reference/search tool, Basic use of excel. Sales experience Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required. Must be able to remain on your feet for hours at a time, possibly 8+ hours. Ability to lift 25lb items. Work week is 10 am to 6pm Mon-Friday and 10am to 3pm on Saturday Pay - $50000 to $55,000
