Director of Nursing (DON) - El Monte, California Job Summary The Director of Nursing (DON) is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare services at Rosemead Healthcare Center, a 24-hour rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in El Monte, California. As a key member of our leadership team, the DON will be responsible for the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient care services within the facility.
