Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in compliance with regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee documentation review and quality assurance processes
  • Coordinate patient care activities across different departments
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Previous experience in acute care, home health, hospice care, or home care settings
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and HIPAA regulations
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
