Attend all pinning and graduation ceremonies as scheduled by the campus Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites, coordinating clinical placements and partnerships Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to promote the Nursing Program and support recruitment efforts Prepare for and participate in audits, site visits, and accreditation reviews Act as a liaison between the Nursing Program and external stakeholders, including clinical partners, professional organizations, and community groups Represent the program in institutional and external meetings, promoting its mission and goals Establish/maintain a high performance team of professional, motivated and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management and career-development activities while leading them to achieve established business results and performance metrics. Qualifications Licenses / Education Current unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing in the state of California Education - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN degree strongly preferred Must have completed a course or courses offered by an approved school with instruction in administration, teaching, and curriculum development Experience Experience with nursing accreditation processes and compliance requirements Expertise in adult education, including teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and curriculum evaluation Five (5+) years of clinical nursing experience, with one (1+) or more years of experience in a supervisory role in a state approved registered nursing or vocational nursing program Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, faculty, and external partners Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving to address challenges effectively Strong analytical and decision-making skills to support program objectives Abilities Able to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative environment Ability to develop and assess curriculum to meet industry and student needs Ability to leverage technology and teaching tools to enhance learning experiences Standard Abilities Able and willing to: Communicate, think, learn, and reason Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks Safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations Demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibility Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential and multiple projects are worked simultaneously Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates essential functions of the position Ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders Work Environment Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location.
