Salary Range:

As Director of Nursing, You Will:
Provide nursing and administrative direction for our entire nursing services team. Oversee the leadership and guidance of the nursing team in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Ensure appropriate utilization of resources necessary to deliver high-quality patient care. Communicate and collaborate with other departments for a coordinated interdisciplinary approach. Coach, develop, and lead our clinical team to success.
Must Have:
Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) , Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) , or RN Manager . minimum 1 year of experience in a nursing supervisory role within the last (5) YEARS, providing direct care to multiple residents, with Mental Health or Bx Health experience being ideal. Graduate of an approved RN program . Knowledgeable in nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care. Nice to

Bachelor's degree in Nursing . Experience in a Mental Health of Bx Health . Familiarity with PointClickCare . Advanced education in principles of management and geriatrics or DON certification . Leadership principles expertise.
