Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services, aligning with organizational goals and community needs Manage the nursing department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high standards of care Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff and administrative personnel to foster professional growth and teamwork Oversee staffing schedules, personnel management, and performance evaluations to maintain optimal staffing levels Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care programs and improve service delivery Drive organizational initiatives focused on quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical excellence Provide executive leadership in developing policies, procedures, and protocols that support best practices in nursing care Qualifications RN license Registered Nurse for a minimum of 1 year Preferred expereince with PCC Proven experience in management within healthcare settings, with a strong background in nursing leadership or administration Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational management Extensive knowledge of state-specific education laws related to healthcare professionals Prior experience as a school administrative director or in educational leadership roles is highly desirable Strong skills in staff supervision, personnel management in education or healthcare environments, and team leadership Background in instructional leadership or education administration is advantageous University-level experience or teaching background can enhance understanding of academic integration within healthcare programs Exceptional communication skills combined with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Join us as our Director of Nursing , where your leadership will shape the future of health services while empowering your team to deliver compassionate, innovative care.
