Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including Medicare standards and long-term care facility regulations while maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff. Conduct regular audits of documentation review processes, resident's rights adherence, and compliance with all federal and state regulations. Lead efforts in managing care facility teams through administrative clinical supervision, shift management, and leadership initiatives that promote staff development and retention. Skills Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or long-term care environments with strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and Medicare requirements. Extensive background in nursing administration with supervising experience in diverse healthcare settings such as home health or hospice care.
