Job Overview As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our healthcare facility. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Oversee the development of care plans, documentation review, and Medicare/MDS compliance
• Monitor and maintain accurate medical records
• Ensure efficient operation of nursing services and adherence to budgetary constraints Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in acute care, nursing administration, and nurse management
• Proficiency in developing care plans, documentation review, and Medicare/MDS compliance
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on quality improvement initiatives
