Job Description

Fairview is looking for a dedicated RN Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team. In this role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants and team nurses in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure the highest quality of resident care at all times.
