What You'll Need:
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut 3+ years of hands-on clinical nursing experience 3+ years of teaching and leadership experience in a nursing program Ability to be fully vaccinated (including boosters, as required)

Strong leadership and team management skills Clear communication (spoken and written) Experience building or improving curriculum Comfortable using systems like LMS platforms and Microsoft Office Ability to analyze data and improve student outcomes
What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee the Practical Nursing (PN) program across campuses Guide and support program coordinators and faculty Ensure high-quality instruction and strong student results Manage curriculum development and updates (Canvas LMS) Monitor admissions, student progress, and program outcomes Track
NCLEX-PN
