Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) A skilled nursing and assisted living community is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join their leadership team!
What We're Looking For:
Previous ADON or nursing leadership experience Must have experience in both Skilled Nursing (SNF) and Assisted Living (AL) Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulations, and compliance Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to support and lead nursing staff in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Florida RN or LPN license in good standingWhat We Offer:
