Assistant Director of Nursing Duties:

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will assist in directing the overall operation of the Nursing Department while maintaining full compliance Federal, State and local Skilled Nursing Facility standards. The ADON will work closely with the facility Director of Nursing (DON) and Administrator on all resident care, special projects, Survey, recruiting and management of nursing staff. ADON -

Assistant Director of Nursing Duties Must Have:

Current FL RN - Registered Nurse license A minimum of three years or more experience in Nursing Home nurse supervision. Familiarity with Point-Click-Care (PCC) is preferred.
