A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in South Florida is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its clinical team and help drive the next chapter of quality care, teamwork, and employee satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN leader who is passionate about resident care, clinical outcomes, team development, and building a positive workplace culture.
