$110,000•$120,000 Base Salary + Bonus Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory guidance for its Medicare-certified home health agency in Clearwater, Florida. This is a primarily office-based leadership position with occasional field visits to support clinicians, patient care initiatives, and agency operations throughout the service area. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with recent Medicare Home Health experience who is passionate about quality patient outcomes, staff development, and regulatory compliance. The Director of Nursing plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while supporting agency growth, operational excellence, and clinical performance.
