$110,000•$120,000 Base Salary + Bonus Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory guidance for its Medicare-certified home health agency in Clearwater, Florida. This is a primarily office-based leadership position with occasional field visits to support clinicians, patient care initiatives, and agency operations throughout the service area. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with recent Medicare Home Health experience who is passionate about quality patient outcomes, staff development, and regulatory compliance. The Director of Nursing plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while supporting agency growth, operational excellence, and clinical performance. Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical operations within the agency Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders, agency policies, and regulatory requirements Supervise and support clinical staff, including field clinicians and office-based team members Monitor clinical performance, quality metrics, and patient outcomes Oversee compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health regulations Review and support OASIS documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance Assist with clinical staffing, training, onboarding, and professional development initiatives Serve as a clinical resource for patient care concerns, escalations, and complex cases Collaborate with agency leadership to drive operational success and growth initiatives Participate in occasional field visits to support clinicians and ensure quality care delivery Support quality assurance, performance improvement, and survey readiness efforts Qualifications Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum three years of recent Medicare Home Health experience required Strong working knowledge of OASIS documentation and Medicare regulations Minimum two years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience required Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop clinical teams Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively balance clinical oversight, compliance, and operational responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Car allowance Employee referral program Professional growth opportunities within a growing organization This opportunity is ideal for an experienced home health leader who enjoys mentoring clinicians, driving quality outcomes, and making a meaningful impact on both patients and staff.
