Director of Nursing Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and improve overall organizational performance
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Develop and manage the nursing department budget
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
• Valid RN license in the state of employment
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and drive positive outcomes
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
