Skilled Nursing Facility Location:
North Miami Beach, FL A Skilled Nursing Facility in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support oversight of clinical operations and nursing staff. This is a full-time, permanent leadership role requiring prior ADON experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ADON will partner directly with the Director of Nursing to maintain regulatory compliance, support staffing stability, and ensure high standards of resident care. Key Responsibilities Support daily oversight of nursing operations within the Skilled Nursing Facility Ensure compliance with CMS and Florida StateA DOH regulations Assist with survey preparation, regulatory inspections, and plans of correction Supervise unit managers, RN supervisors, and nursing staff Monitor documentation accuracy, care plans, and infection control standards Participate in QAPI initiatives and quality improvement efforts Assist with staffing oversight and clinical performance management Collaborate with the DON and Administrator on operational stability Required Qualifications Active Florida RN license required (Compact ok) Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility required Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and DOH survey processes Demonstrated experience supporting survey readiness and compliance Proven ability to manage nursing staff in a SNF environment Strong organizational and leadership skills Compensation & Structure Full-time, permanent leadership role Competitive compensation based on experience Stable Skilled Nursing leadership team Benefits package availableBenefits
