We are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic Wellness Director/ Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department with strategic vision and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare management & leadership. As Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing operations, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and foster a culture of compassionate patient care and professional development. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team committed to excellence in care delivery & customer service. Responsibilities Manage departmental budgets & labor. Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and leadership development. Oversee educational programs for nursing staff, including ongoing training, & certification updates. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Collaborate with executive leadership to establish department goals. Promote a culture of safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care. Facilitate effective communication across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care. Requirements Current RN/ LPN License. CORE ED Certification preferred Proven experience in healthcare management with a focus on nursing leadership within assisted living settings. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change. Knowledge of current healthcare / assisted living regulations.
