Requirements Proven management experience within assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or similar long-term care environments. Extensive nursing leadership background with supervising experience in diverse healthcare settings such as home health or hospice. Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations, long-term care statutes, HIPAA compliance, and regulatory standards governing healthcare facilities. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation review and medical records management. Demonstrated expertise in resident's , MDS assessments, and developing individualized care plans. Excellent understanding of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, physiology principles related to patient care. Leadership skills with experience managing clinical teams through effective supervision and administrative oversight. Ability to navigate complex documentation review processes while maintaining attention to detail.
