Job Description

Plains Area Mental Health, Inc. is a Community Mental Health Center with multiple locations in Northwest Iowa. Our mission is to provide affordable quality mental health services to the people of the communities we serve, respecting each other individual's dignity, worth, and potential for growth. Ensuring an environment of confidentiality and dedication - we put our people first. PAMHC is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing for Psychiatric services. 40 hours a week, based in either our Cherokee or Carroll office. Consistent travel to satellite offices is required.

Pay Range:

$76,448.14 up to $81,632.77 salary

Facilitates and manages medication management services to consumers receiving psychiatric services and medication therapy by performing multiple duties. Supervise and manage the Medical Assistants (PPAs); oversee and evaluate workflows and performance to enhance and maximize the prescriber's efficiency in service delivery.

Requirements:

RN Degree or BSN degree from an accredited nursing program Minimum of five years' experience in mental health/psychiatric nursing and medication management Practical experience working with EHR Valid Driver's License and Insurance Bilingual a plus, not required #hc253808
