What you'll do: Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training. Provide coaching, performance management, and discipline. Oversee daily nursing care delivery across all units. Ensure care plans are implemented and updated appropriately. Monitor residents for changes in condition. Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation. Address and resolve clinical issues such as falls, wounds, and infections. Help manage staffing schedules and coverage.
