We are looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing who's passionate about quality care, staff development, and making a difference in the lives of seniors every day. As the ADON you will be the right hand of the Director of Nursing, supporting clinical processes and helping to lead the nursing department in delivering superior care, supervising and training nursing department staff, overseeing and facilitating the facility wound care program, and helping to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
