Are you a nursing leader who enjoys developing teams, supporting staff, and making a meaningful impact on resident care? We're looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to join a skilled nursing community in the Marion area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who leads with integrity, values collaboration, and is passionate about creating a positive environment for both residents and employees. What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of the Nursing Department. Mentor and support nurses and clinical leaders. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care. Partner with the Executive Director and interdisciplinary team to achieve clinical and operational goals. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee quality measures, infection prevention, and survey readiness. Assist with staffing, retention, and employee development. Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and team members. Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and quality of care. What We're Looking For Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care. Strong knowledge of CMS and IDPH regulations. Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop others. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A commitment to providing exceptional resident care. $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
