Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department to achieve our organization's mission and goals Provide guidance and support to nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and exceptional customer service Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and patient satisfaction Collaborate with other departments, including administration, therapy, and social services, to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure the effective management of department resources Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to promote professional development and job satisfaction Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in nursing care Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (n/a) Minimum 1 years of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role Current Illinois RN license Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environmentWhat We Offer:
