This pivotal role involves overseeing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with state-specific education laws, managing organizational budgets, and driving excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare administration, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment. Duties Provide visionary leadership for nursing services, aligning departmental goals with organizational objectives Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency Manage staffing levels, supervise nursing personnel, and oversee staff development initiatives Ensure compliance with all state-specific education laws and healthcare regulations Oversee budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and optimize resource allocation Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the nursing team Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support educational programs and clinical excellence Skills Proven experience in management within healthcare or educational settings, especially in school or clinical environments Strong knowledge of state-specific education laws related to healthcare professionals Expertise in strategic planning, organizational budget management, and personnel management in education or healthcare contexts Demonstrated leadership in academic or instructional settings with a focus on team management and staff supervision Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and stakeholder engagement Background in education administration or university-level experience is highly desirable Ability to lead change initiatives while maintaining high standards of patient care and staff development Join us as our Director of Nursing (RN) to shape the future of nursing services through innovative leadership, strategic vision, and unwavering dedication to excellence!
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
