$87,000-95,000 based on experience
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Director of Nursing provides clinical leadership, staff supervision, regulatory oversight, quality improvement support, and operational assistance while promoting safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and support staff, provides direct supervision and support to the Nurse Navigator, assists with maintaining regulatory compliance and survey readiness, and assumes leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Nursing.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Active IN RN License
  • Current
BLS & ACLS
certification
  • Minimum 3 years of perioperative nursing experience
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
