A pain management clinic located in Kokomo and Lafayette, IN is currently seeking a qualified Director of Nursing to join their team full-time!

$110,000
•130,000 based on experience plus full benefits
JOB DESCRIPTION
The DON duties to include but not limited to: Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel Guide staffing procedures Set objectives and long-term goals for Ambulatory Surgery Centers Organize and coordinate day to day flow of scheduling and Procedures Develop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high quality standards Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Current Indiana nursing license required Degree in nursing required; Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus 3-5 years of previous supervisory experience CPR and ACLS certifications required
