The ADON would be responsible for helping oversee clinical processes, leading teams to be collaborative and meet quality metrics, and help educate and train oncoming staff. This role would include a weekend on call rotations. Clinical systems would be dependent on applicant strengths and learning desires.

Wound Nurse Job Responsibilities:

Assess and treat patients with complex wounds, ostomies, or continence conditions Monitor and prevent injuries and infections from happening or getting worse. Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders
