Bowling Green, KY Cardinal Landing Memory Care (formerly Chandler Memory Care) is a beautiful 31-apartment secure memory care community serving the needs of those with dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. We are seeking a proven leader for the position of Director of Nursing. The perfect candidate will have run a memory care, assisted living, or skilled facility and have experience working with people with dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. The salary range for this petite facility is $55K—$65K, with bonus potential. This experienced, dynamic Director of Nursing should be an LPN or RN nurse with at least 5 years in leadership. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of operations, including budgeting, strategic planning, program development, and resident and family engagement. This beautiful memory-care-only community delivers care specific to the needs of the residents in a loving and supportive environment. Essential Duties:

Work Experience Requirements:

Experience in assisted living, memory care, assisted living, skilled or home care License Nurse (RN or LPN) Knowledge of state regulations Computer proficiency
