Duties Provide strategic planning and leadership to nursing teams, setting clear goals aligned with organizational objectives Manage the nursing department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and fiscal responsibility Oversee staff supervision, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and personnel management in accordance with healthcare standards Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws related to nursing education and licensure requirements Lead organizational initiatives to improve patient care quality, safety protocols, and clinical outcomes Collaborate with executive leadership to develop policies that promote a positive work environment and operational excellence Foster a culture of continuous learning by implementing instructional leadership in education for nursing staff and students Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred Valid state nursing license with current registration and compliance with licensing laws Proven experience in management or school administrative director roles within healthcare or educational settings Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational budget management Demonstrated expertise in academic leadership, instructional leadership in education, and team management Extensive knowledge of state-specific education laws affecting nursing programs and licensure processes Exceptional leadership skills with experience in staff supervision, personnel management in education or healthcare environments Prior experience in university or higher education settings involving teaching or curriculum development is highly desirable Join us as we strive to deliver outstanding healthcare services through inspired leadership!
